Our History
START OF SCITKE
Scitke is the result of Prof. Dr. Marcílio M. dos Santos' passion and fascination with science and technology. Scitke began when he posted science and technology materials on his Facebook wall. He then realised that most of his Facebook was cluttered with scientific stuff. So he decided to first create a private Facebook group on 20 January 2017. He then realised that it would also be interesting to have a public Facebook page for those who want to access what he is posting. He also created the Scitecknowledge public page on 20 March 2017.
FOUNDATION
After creating the page, Prof. Dr. Marcílio M. dos Santos announced that it would be wonderful to make the idea as broad as possible and commit his passion to something more tangible and impactful for other people, so he created the company that bears the name it has today: Scitke, LLC on 25 June 2019, which is short for Scitecknowledge.
THE START OF OUR ACTIVITIES
