Tennibot Inc., a company specializing in AI-driven tennis training gear, has announced the release of the Partner V2. The new tennis ball machine combines artificial intelligence with a more lightweight design and enhanced shot versatility.
“We developed the Partner V2 with a clear goal: to give players access to intelligent, adaptive training that once required a dedicated hitting partner or private coach,” said Haitham Eletrabi, founder and CEO of Tennibot. “More than just a ball machine, it acts as a smart training partner. With its lighter build, wider shot range, and adaptive AI, the V2 is our most advanced tennis practice system.
The Partner V2 is Smaller and Offers Greater Range
According to Tennibot, the Partner V2 builds on the previous model with several notable improvements. The Auburn company says the new model is 13.6% lighter and 14.4% smaller, among the most portable in its class.
It also offers a 37% increase in vertical range, allowing for a wider variety of shots—from defensive lobs to aggressive topspin feeds.
In addition, the V2 includes upgraded braking motors that enhance shot consistency and enable smoother transitions between different shot types, such as from a drop shot to a baseline feed or from a lob to a drop shot.
Tennibot Highlights its AI-Powered Custom Drills
Tennibot says the Partner V2 stands out for its built-in AI Custom Drills engine. This system automatically adjusts shot placement, speed, spin, and sequencing based on the skills a player aims to improve.
Whether focusing on topspin forehands, fast net volleys, or full-court movement, the AI generates fully personalized training sessions tailored to each player’s objectives, the company explained.
For a fully automated practice experience, the Partner V2 can be paired with the Tennibot Rover, an AI-powered ball collector. Together, they enable continuous training sessions without the need to manually retrieve balls.
