
During a trial at Longcheer Technology’s manufacturing facility in Nanchang, China, Agibot’s G2 humanoid robots processed more than 3,000 tablets over nearly 10 hours. The test was broadcast live continuously for six days.
Agibot reported that the robots maintained a 99.99% success rate throughout the demonstration. Their tasks included inspecting, positioning, and separating tablets as they moved along the production line.
G2 Robots Demonstrate High-Speed Tablet Sorting
During the sorting stage of the trial, the G2 humanoid robots separated more than 800 tablets in only three hours. Throughout the six-day live demonstration, the robots operated for over 64 hours in total.
Agibot reported that the robots completed 64,828 tasks during the test, contributing to the production of 17,625 tablets over the course of the demonstration.
The robots can safely handle delicate electronic components thanks to sensors that detect forces as small as 0.5 newtons, providing the precision needed to prevent damage during assembly.
Their artificial intelligence is powered by NVIDIA’s Jetson Thor platform, which can perform up to 2.07 trillion operations per second.
However, the performance figures reported by Agibot have not been independently verified, meaning the published results are based solely on the company’s own data.
